According to a new law that makes entry into the Hungarian more difficult, a party being formed by former Hungarian prime minister Ferenc Gyurcsány will not make the grade. The new law stipulates the formation of parties more strictly, such that only those that receive more than 5% of the vote in elections can form parties. Gyurcsany said he would look abroad for help to found a party if it proved impossible.
