Konečná & Zacha, Attorneys at Law, is delighted to share the appointment of Michal Hulena who joins Konečná & Zacha as partner and leading attorney of in the Bratislava office. Michal commenced his role on 1 April 2017 and he brings over 11 years of experience in M&A, banking and real estate transactions. During his previous practice he worked among others for law firm Ružička Csekes s.r.o. associated with members of international network CMS, last year with Ružička Csekes s.r.o., Michal was Managing Associate.
Michal enhances the team of experience working on large-scale cross-border transactions, acquisition projects and financing, but also of practice with corporate matters and real estate law for regional and international clients with their investments in Slovakia. His excellence lies in combination of legal expertise, management skills and emphasis not only on the legal aspects of his work.
