The packaging management company Thimm Obaly and theapparel and footwear company VF Czech Services have signed new leases at Prologis Park Uzice. Thimm Obaly has signed on for 14,800 sqm, while VF Czech Services will be occupying 12,600 sqm.
“Prologis Park Prague-Uzice is an efficient, cost-effective site that is strategically located on the D8 highway,” says Martin Polák, Prologis vice president and market officer for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The park is made up of four buildings offering 97,000 sqm of leasable space. The transactions increase Prologis’ Czech portfolio occupancy rate from 91.3% in the third quarter to 93.8% at the end of November 2012.
