An established Fortune 500 company recently signed a lease on nearly 400 sqm of office space at Eiffel Palace in Budapest. István Kerekes, the lease director at Horizon Development, said the new tenant decided to relocate because of the building’s CBD location as well as for its internationally certified technical quality and sustainable solutions. Several new service providers will also be moving into space on the building’s ground floor, including Andrea Gastro and Wine Bar, the Eiffel Beauty Center and the Wax in the City Studio.
Eiffel Palace tenants include PwC Hungary, the Kővári Tercsák Dentons law firm, the British Chamber of Commerce and Business Center, Eiffel Bistro restaurant and café and the Eiffel Palace Conference Center.
