Hoist and Strom are planning to build a mixed-use project called Green Place in Plovdiv. The complex is going up on a 7-acre site and has total built-up area of more than 30,000 sqm.
The scheme includes six residential buildings with two or three apartments per floor. The western part of the project will include a medical center and other retail outlets. The first phase will be delivered in late 2018.
