A new office project is planned to begin on Wola district of Warsaw, following a deal by the developer Unidevelopment on the land it needs. The owner of the nearly 5 ha plot of land, the Norwegian Selvaag, agreed to sell the right of perpetual usefruct to Unidevelopment which plans to launch a 20,000 sqm office scheme on the site. The H-shape building is to provide both retail and office space, with 250 parking for 250 vehicles in an underground garage. Unidevelopment expects to begin construction in the fourth quarter of 2012, with the completion date set for the second quarter of 2014.
