The Chinese investor, Baogang Wang is to deliver new office space to the Gdańsk’s property market, though the revitalization of the property of Safarnia street, on the banks of the Mołtawa river. The talks to select the general contractors are currently in process. The subsidiary Domotel acquired the building on behalf the investor this July in order to add 2,000 sqm of new offices to the local market, along with parking garage for 30 vehicles. The completion date for the project has been set for the third quarter of 2013.
