Pro Potsdam, an association of city-owned housing companies, is planning to develop 1,500 new residential units in Potsdam. It’s estimated the investment could run up to €260m, of which one-third will be publicly funded. Construction of the first 312 units is set to begin this year. The development plan for the construction of another 750 units on Heinrich-Mann-Allee will be drawn up as well. The company expects to complete the project by 2021.
