Planning has begun on several large real estate with some of the big names in real estate now getting their land ready for future investments. The millionaire Gabriel Popoviciu, the owner of the Baneasa Shopping City mall, is preparing a second major investment in Bucharest.
Baneasa Investments company started the approval steps for a mixed real estate project in the Barbu Vacarescu area, near Nusco Tower office building. Set on a plot of 15,000 sqm, the new project would include office buildings and large retail areas, according to Popoviciu.
