Construction will start soon on a new public square and promenade in Sutomore along the Montenegrin coast. The project, valued at €5.3m, will go up in four stages. Work on a new traffic signalization will cost €200,000, while costs for the construction of the square and promenade will reach €5m. The first stage will include a new square, green areas and a 5,300 sqm recreational zone, where €1.1m will be invested. Roughly €965,000 will be invested in the second phase for roads and a 4,800 sqm promenade. The estimated value of the third stage is around €2.5m while the fourth will reach about €747,000, according to news reports.
