The Portuguese construction sector signed €27 million in contracts in January, down by 69 percent y-o-y, according to the Association of Civil Construction and Public Works (AICCOPN). Of the contracts signed in January this year, €15 million related to direct adjustments, while €11 million were for public tenders, 78 percent less than what was recorded in January 2015.
