New resi-business complex planned for downtown Belgrade

Deka Inzenjering is poised to break ground on a new residential and business complex by the end of the year in downtown Belgrade. The Dorcol complex will go up on a parcel of land that used to house the David Pajic Daka elevator factory. The 100,000 sqm complex will cover 2 ha and offer 550 apartments as well as a swimming pool, spa center, restaurants, a kindergarten, playgrounds and stores. There will also be a two-level underground parking garage. The project will go up in two phases.
