New Residence apartments in Bucharest 80% sold

Apartments in the recently completed New Residence project, developed by the British Romanian Investment Partnership in southwest Bucharest’s Drumul Taberei-Ghencea neighborhood, are now 80 percent sold. The scheme, developed on a 10,000 sqm plot and completed in October, features 214 apartments in seven housing blocks. Investment costs totaled €10m. New Residence units are selling at €1,000 per sqm.
