The Montenegrin company Master Inzenjering started construction works on a residential and business complex in Podgorica near the Delta City shopping mall. The new complex, called Master kvart, is designed as a 3-building complex and will require an investment of €11m. Bemax is in charge of construction, which should be completed in 2021. The location is a former industrial zone that’s currently undergoing redevelopment, with other projects now ongoing in the vicinity.
