Design & CO, a Turkish-backed company based in Tivat, is building a 5-building residential complex in the Kavac district of Kotor Bay, Montenegro. The investors has also obtained approval for two more residential facilities that will be added later. The new complex, which will offer 119 residential units, was designed by the Kotor-based company Kotor Arch. Work has been divided in four stages, with two buildings and the project’s swimming pool currently under construction. The first building under construction, A block, is a 2-floor structure with 36 flats, while B block will offer 18 units.
