Construct Invest, part of Moj Kiosk group, started work on a new residential complex in Belgrade. Going up at the corner of Ustanicka and Gospodara Vucica streets, the seven-story City Residence Vracar will include 74 one- to five-bedroom apartments, 10 business apartments and four outlets on the ground floor. There will also be underground parking for 99 vehicles. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2020. The CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group, is in charge of apartment sales.
