Moj Krov has begun construction on a new residential and commercial project called Bulevar Plaza. The complex is located at the corner of Bulevar kralja Aleksandra and Zivka Karabiberovica streets. The Belgrade-based company is planning to build the 4,285 sqm complex on a total of 6 floors and 3 underground levels. It will offer 33 apartments and underground parking for 36 cars. Completion is expected in May 2021.
