A new modern resort is under construction near Plitvice Lakes National Park in Lika-Senj County, central Croatia. The value of the Big Bear Plitvice Resort is about €2.6m. The investor behind the project is Zvonimir Petricevic. Completion is planned for April. Big Bear will offer 100 accommodation units, 32 mobile homes, 60 sites for campers, a restaurant and shops. The mobile homes will be equipped with modern amenities.
