One of the fastest-growing IT global companies will occupy over 6,000 square meters, equivalent to three floors, in the centrally located Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw, where a complete modernization is nearing completion. The transaction was mediated by the advisory firm CBRE.
A global IT company will establish its Polish headquarters in the boutique Saski Crescent office building, occupying nearly 50% of its space. The property, situated at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets in Warsaw, is considered one of the best-rated locations on the capital’s office map. As soon as the extensive renovation has been completed, Saski Crescent will provide an ultra-modern, energy-efficient, and functional office and common area environment. The new tenant is set to move into the new office in the second half of this year.
Central locations have always been a target for tenants. However, today, it’s not enough. The key is to offer a range of solutions that support tenants in their daily responsibilities, unleash their potential, and promote environmental sustainability. With immense satisfaction, I observe how the market is evolving, and prominent brands show interest in well-located buildings undergoing retrofit. The new Saski Crescent is an excellent space for business development. We also care about more down-to-earth needs, so there will be a very interesting and attractive gastronomic offering in the building.
Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo Poland: Our client has been flourishing in the Polish market in recent years. The company is also distinguished by its modern and developed organizational culture. In the search for a new headquarters, various factors played a significant role, including excellent location, proximity to green spaces, convenient commuting options, employee comfort, and securing space for future expansion. I am confident that the modernized boutique Saski Crescent office building will seamlessly align with the organization’s work style and operational preferences.”
Magdalena Zagórska, Director at Office CBRE Poland: Saski Crescent has been extensively modernized since the beginning of last year, and the building will be opened and reintroduced for use in the first quarter of 2024. In line with CA Immo’s strategic focus on class A, green office buildings, modernization of Saski Crescent aimed at both people’s comfort and functionalities supporting environmentally and climate-friendly building operation, raising the building standards by incorporating the latest trends and ensuring long-term utility for tenants. This involves functionality, design, operational efficiency, applied technologies, as well as introducing additional services and amenities for future occupants, including a small gym, as well as facilities for cyclists and electric car users.
By using smart digital solutions that support efficient use of the building, Saski Crescent has already received the highest level of WiredScore Platinum certification. CA Immo also plans to apply for BREEAM and WELL Core & Shell certifications.
