A new shopping center is scheduled to open in Zupanja, northern Croatia, this summer. The 3,000 sqm scheme is going up on a site that used to house a Kaufland supermarket until 2011. The premises were then leased by KiK and Boso until last year. Inceptum Sport is behind the investment, which is valued at about €2m. The center is currently 90 percent leased to retailers like KiK, Bipa, Tedi and Pepco. There will also be restaurants, bars and playgrounds for children. A Lidl supermarket is located nearby. About 20 people will be employed at the shopping center.
