The Tesla Grad in Makis project could start soon, following a meeting between BK Group, the Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali and City Architect Milutin Folic. The value of the project is estimated at around €3bn and is being based on financial centers in cities like Hong Kong and Singapore. The city is sugesting that BK Group also build a new sports stadium on the site.
Tesla Grad should create around 2 million sqm of surface and its construction could employ as many as 43,000 people. The complex is to offer office facilities, an international conference center, underground railway station, restaurants, and a pool that could be transformed into an ice skate ring during the winter. Tesla Grad in Makis is just one of the projects BK Group is working around Serbia.
