Goodman has signed leases with three new tenants this month at Kraków Airport Logistics Centre. The tenants – Royal Canin, Logfarma and DB Schenker Logistics – will be moving into the complex’s fourth building to be completed this fall. The building will have a total of 12,250 sqm of business space. Goodman has already filled 85 percent of the space. “We were looking for a location with well-developed infrastructure where we could base our operations and take advantage of modern, bespoke facilities. Kraków Airport Logistics Centre meets these expectations and enables further development of our operations in the region,” said Monika Mrozowska, project manager at Royal Canin. The project still has 1,750 sqm available for lease.
