Edwards Lifesciences Poland has leased 416 sqm, while Kantyna took 510 sqm of space at Equator IV in Warsaw’s Ochota district. Equator IV is Karimpol Group’s fourth project in the Equator Office Park on Aleje Jerozolimskie. Equator IV opened for business in June. The tenant mix includes First Data(4,600 sqm), Colian (900 sqm), Inoffice Group (1,500 sqm), Linux Polska (570 sqm) and ZDROFIT (1,662 sqm).
