Skanska Property Poland has signed up new tenants for office space at its Green Tower complex in Wrocław. Dolby, Grupa Medicover and Talex companies are to move into Skanska’s project in the beginning of 2013 at latest. The biggest deal was signed with Medicover which took approximately 1,350 sqm in the building B, which has been under construction since October 2011. With the entire Green Towers project expected to bring 23,300 sqm of new office space to Silesia’ office market, the second phase, building B, is to provide 11,600 sqm.
