Three new tenants leased a total of 3,700 sqm of office space at Óbuda Gate in Budapest. Grape Solutions Ltd. and BSH Home Appliances each took 900 sqm, while a company in the energy sector signed on for 1,500 sqm. Óbuda Gate was built in 2001 and provides tailored offices to tenants. The facility offers a total of 265 parking spots. Tenants include Sony, L’Oréal, Acer, Dunastyr, UCB and Regus. Robertson Hungary and JLL oversee leasing.
