Adgar Postępu Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract for the lease of office space in Adgar Plaza building B with Tupperware Polska, the company offering innovative solutions for preparation, serving, storage and transporting meals. Adgar Plaza building B is located at ul. Postępu in the Mokotów Business District in Warsaw. It is a part of Adgar complex of office buildings, one of the most modern, technologically-advanced and well-equipped office building complexes in Warsaw, which offers a complete and efficient working environment.
Tupperware Polska will occupy 436 m2 of office space on the sixth floor of the 10-storey Adgar Plaza building B in which there is still 1,000 m2 of office space available for lease. The tenant moved into its new office upon completion of fit-out and interior arrangement works, implemented by the owner of the building, Adgar Postępu sp. z o.o. On behalf of Tupperware Polska, the agreement was signed by Karina Dudek-Miracka, General Director. Adgar Postępu Sp. z o.o. was represented by Eyal Litwin, Vice-President at Adgar Investments & Development Ltd. and Tomasz Piotrowski, proxy. The agreement was signed for five years.
