New Work and Afcon Electra Romania will be moving to AFI Tech Park campus in Bucharest. New Work leased 2,800 sqm at AFI Tech Park 1 and will also operate the building’s conference room, which can be booked on an hourly basis by any tenant. Afcon Electra Romania, meanwhile, signed a lease on 500 sqm. AFI Tech Park 1, the project’s first completed building, is now 80 percent leased. The transactions were brokered by Crosspoint Real Estate.
