New Work, a Hungary-based serviced offices provider, has leased 2,260 sqm of office space at Mazowiecka 2/4 in Warsaw. Savills represented the tenant during the lease process. It will be New Work’s second location in Poland, following the company’s debut at Wilanów Office Park last year. Mazowiecka 2/4 is a recently refurbished historic building which offers more than 80 executive suits as well as amenities like improved sound isolation and concierge services. New Work has leased the property’s entire office space from Hochtief.
