Newgard Development Group has chosen ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as the exclusive sales and marketing firm for its new project Gale hotel and condos in Fort Lauderdale. Located at 2900 Riomar Street and 410 Bayshore Drive, the $120 million scheme is expected to break ground this summer and open in early 2017. The residential portion of the plan will include 128 condominium units with up to three bedrooms at prices that start at $400,000.
