The Boston Ballet has signed a 26,550 sqf lease in Newton Nexus, a mixed-use development located at 141-165 Needham Street in Newton, MA. The Boston Ballet School will move from its its current location on Washington Street in Newton during the summer of 2017. Located just off I-95 Newton Nexxus is located within walking distance to the MBTA Green Line. With the addition of the Boston Ballet, Newton Nexus is 85 percent leased with tenants including TJ Maxx, bfresh, Sierra Trading Post, Qdoba, Boston Ski & Tennis, and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. Avison Young Principals Jack Kerrigan and Keith Gurtler, along with Senior Vice-President Mark Coelho, who are based in the firm’s Boston office, represented the landlord, Crosspoint Associates, Inc.
