NewWork, a serviced office operator from Hungary, took 3,200 sqm of flexible space at Wilanów Office Park in Warsaw. This is the company’s first location in Poland. NewWork is planning to open an additional 10,000 sqm of serviced office space in the capital by the end of 2018. “Our offer is not intended for startups. Our clients are primarily companies with an established position in the market. We do not focus on fancy interior design but on providing tenants with what they need the most – space for development that’s available immediately and on flexible terms,” said Konrad Szaruga, managing director of NewWork Serviced Offices in Poland.
