Nexio Management, the IT consultancy company, has leased 800 sqm of office space at the University Business Center II office building located at Warsaw’s Mokotów district. UBC II is a 12-storey building offering 19,600 sqm of leasable space. Atenor, the landlord of the building, was advised by Knight Frank. Atenor has currently 25 projects in eight European countries, with a GLA of roughly 920,000 sqm.
