Nexity has started apartment sales in the fourth stage of its NextUrsus residential project in Warsaw. The project is located at Posagu 7 Panien Street and will offer 262 apartments. The flats will range in size from 20 sqm to 120 sqm and will come with the option to install the Nexity Smart apartment sytem. Prices start at PLN 6,300 per sqm. Completion is scheduled for the beginning of 2022.
