Nextfit leased 2,100 sqm at the Vox Technology Park in Timisoara, where it will open a fitness club on the first floor in November. The company will invest €1.1m in the fitout as well as the purchase of the necessary equipment. Vox Technology Park offers 26,600 sqm of leasable office space and was completed following an investment of €30m. Ther project was developed by the Vox Property Group.
