Nicholas Hunter joins Colliers International in Washington, D.C.

Colliers International has announced that Nicholas Hunter has joined the firm’s Washington, DC, office as an Assistant Vice President specializing in tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining Colliers, Hunter worked for Washington, D.C. real estate firm POUNDS, was a Senior Associate with JLL in Washington, DC, Research Associate with the Staubach Company (acquired by JLL in 2008), Research Coordinator, with CBRE and Research Analyst with CoStar. Hunter is a graduate of the University of Virginia. “With his strong experience in both tenant and landlord representation, Nick is a tremendous addition to the bench of bright talent that is contributing to the growth of our Washington, D.C. office,” said David Parker, Regional Managing Director for Colliers International the capital.
