Nickel Development is building a hotel 750 meters from the Baltic Sea coast in Kołobrzeg, northern Poland. The Koło Brzegu hotel will feature two buildings with a total of 96 holiday apartments for rent. The property will also include a restaurant, a patio with a relaxation zone, a spa with jacuzzi, a sauna and a massage room as well as bicycle rentals. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
