Nicole Römer has been appointed head of retail at Art-Invest Real Estate. She will be responsible for the expansion of the company’s retail activities. Römer previously worked for JLL and Kempers, where she held management positions. Arndt von Marenholtz also joined Art-Invest Real Estate as senior investment manager. She previously worked for Kempers, JLL and Lührmann. “With Nicole Römer and Arndt von Marenholtz joining our team, we have gained two professionals with years of experience in the German real estate. They will help us with the rental operations and acquisitions,” said Rüdiger von Stengel, managing partner at Art-Invest.
