Nielsen, a global analysis and business information company, has signed a lease for more than 4,600 sqm in HB Reavis’ Gdański Business Center. The agreement includes offices located in buildings C and D. The relocation process began over the summer and is set to be completed in the second half of 2017. Knight Frank brokered the deal. Offering nearly 100,000 sqm, Gdański partially changed hands in the middle of last month with Savills Investment Management taking over half of the large-scale scheme. Tenants include KPMG, Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, KMD, Agito, Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. and Aviva.
