Following the announcement that Belgrade-based Normotik had won the contract for the conceptual design of the future Expo Center in Nis in March, the Office for Local Economic Development and Projects of the City of Nis announced a tender for project documentation. The deadline for submitting bids is August 3. The complex will be built in phases on 37,400 sqm of land, beginning with a congress hall and then a multifunctional component. In time, the project will include a hotel, sports fields, as well as tennis and basketball courts.
