The international navigation software company NNG is moving its corporate headquarters into the Szépvölgyi Business Park in Budapest. NNG signed a 10-year lease on 6,400 sqm and is set to move in this fall. Szépvölgyi, owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, has approximately 9,450 sqm of rentable space in three buildings, nearly two-third of which will be taken by NNG. The business park is easily accessible by public transport and car, providing 240 underground parking spots. It is also in close proximity to a health club, bank and post office.
