NNR Global Logistics has expanded its space at Segro Logistics Park Warsaw in Nadarzyn, signing a lease on more than 4,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in Building C. “We are proud that NNR Global Logistics has successfully spread its wings in its prime location in Nadarzyn within a couple of years of cooperation with us to nearly double its presence here,” said Waldemar Witczak, regional director at Segro. The park currently offers more than 90,000 sqm, and has a capacity of more than 150,000 sqm with a number of new buildings likely to be added to the complex in the future. Each building will undergo BREEAM assessment.
