Logistics operator No Limit, a logistics provider, has leased 7,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Pruszków II. Savills advised the tenant on the transaction, which will see Limit moved into its new facility in early June 2018. “Due to the constantly growing demand for cross-docking services, No Limit’s board of directors decided that we needed to expand our logistics centre and to increase our warehouse footprint. Until recently we also provided cross-docking in Pruszków, at one of our three warehouses in Przejazdowa Street,” said Marlena Sztybór-Tytek, Customer Service Coordinator at No Limit. “Our new location in Parzniewska Street will be fully tailored to cross-docking requirements to further improve our operational capabilities.” Panattoni Park Pruszków II is a logistics park near Warsaw to be made up of three sheds providing a total of nearly 70,000 sqm once fully built out. Its two completed buildings offer 30,750 sqm.
