The local logistics operator No Limit signed up for two Polish projects this week. The company agreed to take 13,000 sqm unit in Pruszkowskie Centrum Dystrybucyjne in Pruszków and 2,200 sqm of space at Panattoni Park Wrocław I, intended for a trans-shipment point.
Kamil Szymanski, of Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial department, who secured the transaction, says that increasingly, retail and manufacturing companies are outsourcing their logistics and distribution activities in order to optimize costs.
