No Ryanair flights to Prague until late June

13 May 2020

Ryanair has pushed back its return to offering service to Prague until the end of June, slightly faster than many of its European rivals. The company announced that it hoped to have 40 percent of its flights running by July, a schedule which would include Brno and Ostrava. But Ryanair says that all will depend on government restrictions being loosened and it warned that all customers would have to wear masks on board and agree to have their temperatures taken on board. Passengers on longer flights will suffer the inconvenience of having to wait for permission to use the bathrooms, since standing in lines at the back of the plane will not be allowed. The frequency of flights will be greatly reduced, so rather than flying to London three times per day, Ryanair is scheduling just five flights per week. At the moment, the company is operating just 30 flights per day, most of which are between Ireland and Great Britain.
