In the biggest lease transaction in Gdańsk office market, Nordea Bank AB took 9,600 sqm of space in Tensor complex. The developer behind the project is the Polish company Euro Styl. In its new premises, the Polish division of Nordea will oversee the group’s IT processes, as well as accounting. It’s the second location for Nordea’s back office in Poland, having already opened its office in the city of Łódź. Under the agreement, the new tenant took space in the existing Y building, while signing pre-lease for the ongoing Z building development, which is due for completion next year. The 3-building scheme is located on Łużycka street. Colliers International advised the tenant in the transaction.
