Nordecon Betoon OÜ, part of Nordecon Group, will design and build an apartment building in Tallinn’s Kristiine district. The eight-story residential block will feature more than 5,000 sqm of space. The design and construction contract Nordecon Betoon OÜ signed with Liimi 1b Holding OÜ is reportedly worth €4.5m. The project is expected to be completed by July 2019. Nordecon operates in Estonia, Ukraine, Finland and Sweden.
