Nordecon AS signed a €5.4m contract with Invego Group to build two apartment blocks with offices in Tallinn. The scheme, named Novamaja, will include 42 apartments over 3,600 sqm. Completion is set for March 2017. More than two-thirds of the apartments in the first block have already been sold, according to Kristjan-Thor Vahi, a member of Invego’s management board. Sales on apartments in the second block went on sale this week. The company reported €1.7m in revenue in 2014 and a profit of €1.3m.
