Nordic Investors is planning to redevelop 100 ha in Bratislava’s Nové Vajnory district. The Czech investment company wants to build a new neighborhood with flats, office, shops, restaurants, sport and leisure facilities, bike tracks, schools, kindergartens and a large lake. Development is expected to take approximately 20 years, and costs may rise to hundreds of millions of euros. The company’s investment manager, Ladislav Jelínek, told e15 that Nordic Investors is considering partnering with a strategic investor. The company acquired the project last year from an Austrian consolidation agency.
