Nordis Group is developing a mixed-use project in the northern part of Mamaia. The project will include a five-star hotel with 730 rooms and 290 residential apartments. The Nordis Mamaia ensemble will consist of four 10-story buildings joined together by a lobby area. Construction is currently underway on buildings two and three. Construction on the facade of the first building is completed, with interior design work still ongoing. Completion is scheduled for 2021. The total investment will exceed €70m.
