Businessman Emanuel Poștoacă, the founder of the Nordis real estate group, is preparing to start this year the construction of a new exclusive residential complex, with about 1,000 apartments with hotel services, in Mamaia, following an investment between EUR 90 and EUR 100 million.
The project will be located on a plot of about 18,800 sqm purchased from the Tănăsoiu family and adjacent to the Nordis Mamaia complex, under construction. The financing of the works will be ensured from the sales and from the developer’s own sources.
